inSIGHT members had the unique opportunity to see a private performance that tells the story of Gertrude Berg and her uphill battle to save her popular television show, The Goldbergs,  in a time when McCarthyism and anti-semitism were rampant. The world premiere of the play Ordinary Americans, thoughtfully tells the story of Tillie Edelstein’s life, who will forever be thought of as “Molly Goldberg”. Members of inSIGHT also had the chance to go behind the scenes at a live talk and Q & A with the actors, writers and producers.
